Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review the following return and exchange guidelines.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • Returned with all original packaging and tags attached

     


 

Returns & Exchanges (Canada Only)

  • Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within Canada only.

  • Once your request is approved, we will:

    • Provide a return shipping label, or

    • Arrange a drop-off option where applicable

     

  • We offer:

    • Exchanges, or

    • Store credit only

     

  • Refunds are not offered for standard returns.

  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the store credit.


 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All sale items

  • Towels and personal-use items, due to hygiene considerations

Exception: These items may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged.


 

U.S. Orders

  • All orders shipped to the United States are final sale.

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund depending on product availability.


 

Additional Information

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions may be refused or returned to sender.

  • Processing times may vary; store credit is typically issued within a few business days after inspection.
