Politique de remboursement
If you are not satisfied with your order items, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will provide a return shipping label or organize a drop-off. We will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit, but do not offer refunds at this time.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with the tags attached. All towels and personal use items are final sale and will not be exchanged unless defective.
Store credit will only be issued once the return has been completed, and items verified.
If your order has arrived damaged or hasn't arrived at all, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your name and order number and we will work to resolve the issue.
